How to Calculate the World Inflation Rate

Calculate the equivalent value of World currency for any year from 2013 to the present. The calculations utilize the average annual CPI data (refer to the table below) for each country from 2013 to the present. This inflation calculator employs the following formula to determine the inflation rate in each country.

Inflation Rate = ( CPI2 - CPI1 )CPI1 × 100

Where,

CPI - consumer price index.

CPI2 - The consumer price index in the second period.

CPI1 - The consumer price index in the previous period.

This calculator compares and displays inflation rates among various countries such as the US, UK, France, Australia, Canada, India, etc. It serves as a tool to help individuals understand current economic trends in those countries. While it can aid in making informed investment decisions and conducting economic analyses, it's important not to solely rely on this data for major decisions. We recommend referring to authoritative sources like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank for more comprehensive information and analysis.
